 ADI亞德諾數字溫度傳感器

 Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI),全球領先的高性能信號處理解決方案供應商,最近推出兩款完全校準的16位分辨率、高線性度數字溫度傳感器,可以在寬工作溫度范圍內實現業界最高精度水平。高精密、低漂移數字溫度傳感器ADT7420和ADT7320可以在–20?C至+105?C溫度范圍內實現業界最佳的±0.25?C精度。此外,新型傳感器還可在–40°C至+125°C溫度范圍內提供業界領先的±0.5oC精度。無需測算平均結果即可獲得更高的精度,從而確保工業、儀器儀表和醫療應用的數據測量速度更快,控制環路更精密,能效和可靠性更高。新型數字溫度傳感器還提供高精度系統基準溫度測量,可減少基于軟件的熱電偶冷結溫度補償應用和紅外成像系統的誤差。欲了解具體特性的更多信息,請觀看視頻。

    與其他解決方案不同,數字溫度傳感器ADT7420和ADT7320可即插即用,不需要額外進行信號調理或校準。產品提供I2C (ADT7420) 或SPI (ADT7320) 數字接口,系統設計人員可將器件輕松集成到數據采集系統、光通信系統、環境控制系統、醫療設備或食品與藥品溫度監控器中。


關于16位數字溫度傳感器

   ADI公司的新型數字溫度傳感器在–40°C至+150?C工作溫度范圍內,保證工作電源電壓為2.7 V至5.5 V。工作電壓為3.3 V時,電源電流為210 μA(典型值)。傳感器提供每秒采樣一次的低功耗模式,在這種模式下,工作電壓為3.3 V時,電源電流僅46 μA(典型值);同時還提供關斷模式,電源電流可降至僅2 μA。其他可編程選項包括過溫/欠溫和關鍵溫度指示器。
